Not Just Cookies is looking for bakers! Not Just Cookies is looking for bakers to help, bake, prepare, and pack cookies. We bake Pilsen. We bake thousands of cookies weekly. Not Just Cookies (NJC) offers high quality desserts, using natural ingredients. Our menu includes a variety of cookies and pies. Our diverse selection caters to all diets including "gluten free" and "vegan" treats, rich in taste.

We're home to the infamous "turtle cookie", our best selling cookie. Our pastries can be ordered online, retail (at select events) and wholesale. We're looking for people that love baking and want to get paid doing it. We're looking for part-time and full time folks to help bake and work. If interested and serious you must complete the automated phone screening. Starting pay is $10.50/hour but rate will increase within a few months for those that our consistent and who display a strong work ethic.

Not Just Cookies is looking for sales-oriented and energetic individuals who know HOW TO ENGAGE CUSTOMERS and sell GREAT products (homemade cookies, what could be better?). We have a storefront in Chicago's south loop and bakery kiosks in the loop. We participate in over 15 farmers markets and downtown/neighborhood Chicago events. We are looking for individuals who can help us sell lots of cookies. Events last eight hours each day. We need individuals to work at the at our farmers markets downtown bakery. Not Just Cookies is a fast growing company. Looking for friendly, OUTGOING (people persons), that work hard and love baked goods! This position is part -time. If you're interested in full time, we also need bakers (so have full time and part time positions available)


-Help setup and organize storefront and kiosks
-Plan and track inventory
-Handle sales transactions (both cash and credit) 
-Ensure customer satisfaction

I'm looking for representatives that are innovative in their approach. I'm looking for people that can offer new channels of selling. Not just obtaining new customers but ways to expand our menu and category to reach new customers. There is a base pay rate and commission. Looking for an individual who would like to grow with our company and be rewarded for their hard work.
